Dr. Manas Human is the Co-founder and CEO (Custodian of Entrepreneurship) at Nagarro and chairperson of the Executive Board of Nagarro. He was also the member of the Executive Board of Allgeier SE, Nagarro's parent company.
Nagarro is a global digital engineering leader, that employs over 18,000 people in 36 countries. Nagarro is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and a part of the prestigious TecDAX index. Dr Human co-founded Nagarro in 1996.

Philanthropic Initiatives:- Currently NASSCOM Council member, Regional Council for Haryana & former chairperson for the Council - NASSCOM Haryana has been working on the cause of making Gurgaon as the most preferred Global IT Destination as well as one of the preferred a liveable city. One of the key elements of doing so is by making it a walking and cycling city, with a strong backup of public transport. Manas has been leading the work on increasing the awareness and do advocacy about benefits of clean air, road safety, sustainability, solid waste management and better planned cities.
- Member of Resident Advisory Council (RAC) formed by Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA). Residents Advisory Council advises the GMDA and provides guidance on the exercise of its powers and performance of its functions. The Residents Advisory Council monitors the implementation of the annual plan of action for infrastructure development, mobility management plan and the plan for sustainable management of the urban environment and makes such recommendations.
- Founder Trustee at Plaksha University - Plaksha is a technology university for the future and has been set up by a global community of entrepreneurs, business leaders and academicians to reimagine technology education and research. The vision of the university is to nurture the next generation of fearless leaders who will solve the toughest challenges of our planet.
- Co-creator with Haryana Vision Zero - Haryana Vision Zero is a campaign aimed at reducing road traffic deaths in the state and was launched by Haryana Chief Minister, Manohar Lal Khattar, in 2017 An MoU was signed between the Government of Haryana, WRI India, and NASSCOM to take this initiative forward. Till date more than 400 lives have been saved through this project.
