Malini Dutt represents Investment NSW which is the official trade & investment promotion agency of the State Government of New South Wales, Australia as Trade & Investment Commissioner based in Mumbai. Malini Dutt had been active for close to two decades in promoting international business, including facilitating commercial engagements between businesses across the India-Australia corridor. She has represented both Australian Federal and State Government.
In her role of trade promotion and investment attraction, she has conceptualized & delivered initiatives of strategic importance, including Australian Ministerial visits to India which were accompanied by business delegations exploring commercial opportunities in India.
Specific to technology, Malini was instrumental in the establishment of a Sydney based landing pad for NASSCOM members exploring overseas expansion into Australia. She has also curated tailored initiatives for the fintech sector to help NSW businesses access business opportunities and pilot projects in India via a fintech accelerator programme.
Other than working with Australian Government agencies, Malini has also represented one of the world's leading seaports, the Port of Antwerp (Belgium), as its first female international representative.
