About me
As Atlassian's Global Head of Real Estate, Development and Facilities Management Operations, Ric is responsible for delivering on the company's global office strategy as well as ensuring all 13 of Atlassian offices operate efficiently and safely.
Ric's team has built world leading analytics to understand office capacity utilisation, nature of use and cost efficiency of each office space.
Ric is also responsible for Atlassian's new Headquarter building in Sydney, a 40-storey hybrid timber, concrete and steel building. Due for completion in 2027, Atlassian Central has created a new global benchmark for sustainable buildings.
Prior to joining Atlassian, Ric held numerous senior and executive roles in major Real Estate Development firms and Construction companies.
Ric is based in Sydney, is married and has 2 adult children. He holds a Bachelor of Construction Management from UNSW.
