About me
Sharan Singh is a Senior Representative for the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Authority in India and South Asia, and Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Centre.
In his current role, Mr. Singh supports the CBDO and CEO in developing and promoting the Banking & Capital Markets, Wealth and Asset Management, Private Wealth, and Technology & Innovation Sectors, and plays an active role in managing client development. He is also responsible for promoting and spreading awareness of DIFC’s competitiveness and positioning regionally and globally.
Mr. Singh brings two decades of banking and financial markets sales and business development experience to his position at DIFC Authority, having previously held senior roles in treasury sales and business development with Bank of Montreal, Travelex Ltd, CIBC, Standard Chartered, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and RBL Bank Ltd; across Canada, Middle East and India
